We can organise all this, and much more.

Our goal? For you to arrive in Perth, stress-free, knowing your home is set up and ready to be enjoyed.

Our Pre-Arrival Settle-In Service includes a weekly countdown covering the topics listed:

• Financial assistance - bank accounts and Tax File Numbers (TFN)

• Health Insurance - fund options, applying for Medicare

• Communications - mobile phone and internet options

• Local Council information and laws

• Applying for your Drivers Licence

• Overview of Public Transport Network

• Pets - registration, vets, boarding kennels, vaccinations

  Note that we cannot action these for you as it simply needs yo to apply to most of it in-person.
