ON-THE-GROUND-LEGEND!
Hazel is our go-to gal on the ground in Perth—she’s the one chatting with agents, attending home opens, collecting keys, and making sure everything is just right when clients finally walk through the door. If it needs doing in person, Hazel’s already two steps ahead.
She’s also our unofficial spider wrangler. Totally unfazed by creepy crawlies, Hazel is the calm hero who’ll scoop them up and safely rehome them—no fuss, no fear.
Each day starts with a scroll through WhatsApp messages from clients and the team, coffee in hand. Her order? A no-nonsense flat white. Hazel’s here to get things done—no unicorn lattes required.
Weekends? Let’s just say “relaxing” isn’t in the vocabulary when you’ve got sporty kids. But she handles it all like a champ! 🏆

Melissa Vajda
FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
Melissa is the powerhouse behind Journee—our fearless Founder and Director who somehow manages to lead the team, oversee every detail, and still be right there in the thick of it with clients. She wears all the hats (sometimes all in one day!)—from big-picture leadership to hands-on project magic.
She describes herself as the "conductor of the orchestra," and honestly, we couldn’t agree more. Melissa’s built her version of balance by blending work and life in a way that works for her—whether that’s late-night emails or quick weekday getaways with the fam.
Random skill flex? Melissa is a baking queen. Apron on = instant therapy. Her sweet tooth is real, and so is her love for spoiling the people she cares about with something homemade (lucky us!).
Every day starts with coffee (short black first, oat flat white second, Earl Grey by night) and a full sweep of messages across... well, everything. WhatsApp, emails, DMs—you name it, she’s on it.
While she thrives in a buzzing city, Melissa’s starting to lean into off-the-grid escapes too. Canada and New Zealand, you're next! 🎯

Meet Krista, our behind-the-scenes wizard who keeps the wheels turning and makes everything look good while doing it. From welcoming new clients to crafting scroll-stopping Reels and writing blog posts that actually make sense, Krista is part tech support, part creative spark, and all-round MVP.
She’s got a knack for organisation, a soft spot for storytelling, and a love for beautifully chaotic to-do lists. When she’s not working her magic online, you’ll find her walking her dogs (who 100% run her schedule), or buried in a pile of washi tape, photos, and notebooks—scrapbooking like it’s an Olympic sport.
Her dream day? A rainy cabin in the woods, hot tea in hand, and absolutely no Wi-Fi. But until then, she’s right here—bringing the vibes, the visuals, and the virtual high-fives! 🤓
