Securing a rental property in Perth is not getting any easier in the current short market.
One of the best pieces of advice I can give clients relocating, is to ensure they have all the necessary documents, ID's and references ready to go, so the application is as strong as possible and complete. This also allows rental applications to be submitted early, ahead of viewings where possible, to stay ahead in the process.
With current competition in WA, there is no point submitting an application if you aren't fully prepared.
